Richard Giles wealth of expertise in the delivery of Leadership programmes worldwide makes him a real asset to our team. He is also a highly effective coach, enabling our clients to develop their leadership capabilities, and he uses a variety of approaches and techniques to help individuals build confidence and achieve their goals.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an NLP Practitioner and qualified in a range of diagnostics such as the MBTI, Assess 360 and Performance Based Selection (PBS), Richard is ideally placed as our Head of People Development.
Experience: – He works in a range of sectors including hospitality (5* hotels and Michelin Star restaurants), aviation, banking, brewing, construction, oil and gas and has also worked with the NHS and the Princes’ Trust. He is currently delivering a Service Leadership event to Cabin Service Directors at British Airways.
